Purpose:
High finished boxes with steel bending tools will be fully wrapped
into brilliant shrink film as a sales promoting and warranty seal-pack
at the same time. The sizes of the boxes differ only in length and
height while the width will be constant. The lots are very small
(min.1 box per size), thus the client needs an extreme flexible
wrapping system. The weights of the filled boxes vary from 2 –
25 kg. After shrink wrapping the boxes they will be transported
to the loading station by a 180° roller conveyor. Packaging
output: 3 boxes per minute or 4.500 kg of steel-tools per hour!
